This course will help you understand :

- The financial and legal issues affecting aviation and the air navigation system
- The legal rights and obligations of States with respect to the provision of air navigation services
- International regulatory and legal framework for Air Navigation Services
- Corporate governance and its importance in the provision of Air Navigation Services
- Charges for Air Navigation Services, rate setting and regulation
- Review of ICAO Doc 9082 concerning policies on charges for Airports and Air Navigation Services

The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or equivalent for other languages.

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher. This course is a step towards earning an IATA Diploma in: Air Navigation Services Management Diploma.
