Classroom Course
  Practical exercises
Frequency management is a specific task of the Network Manager, and this course supports all stakeholders in that goal. The training is divided in 2 main parts. The first part introduces the Frequency Management principles, rules and procedures as defined by ICAO and the newly introduced Network manager Radio Frequency Function (RFF). (e.g.: ICAO Annex 10, ICAO EUR DOC 011 and RFF Collaborative Decision Making). The second part of the training focuses more on the practical aspects of Frequency Management, providing detailed tutorials on the software tools (SAFIRE, MANIF-AFM) and the associated procedures for their use. The course aims at providing Frequency Managers with the knowledge that will improve their daily work and enhance the international coordination of frequencies.

From 2020, the course will cover the new SAFIRE version when available.
