This is version 2 of this training programme, which is consistent with the new regulation laying down common requirements for service providers and the oversight in ATM/ANS and other ATM network functions (based on EASA opinion 03/2014 and expected to repeal regulations No. 1035/2011, 1034/2011 and 482/2008) and with its Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM). As uncertainty remains regarding the actual dates of publication and the final content of the new regulation and its AMC/GM, the information described hereafter may be subject to changes.
After completing this training programme, participants will have a solid understanding of the oversight of changes, and will be able to assist in:
reviewing a notified change to the ATM/ANS functional system
auditing relevant processes in relation to changes
